The Applicant provided the Board with new building plans.  Two modifications were made to the plans: foyer was enlarged and the family room was increased 7ft. in the rear.

Conservation Commission letter dated 6/13/06 read.  Stating no objection, but should remain 3 bedroom dwelling.

 

Joe Kent’s letter dated 5/5/06 read.  Stated he has reviewed the plan changes and the new plan does not create any increase in intensity or problematic changes to the existing approval.

 

Applicant describes plans to build an over sized 3 bedroom ranch style dwelling.

 

The Board reviewed the new plans.

Applicant seeks two findings and a special permit relative to proposed habitable space expansion on a nonconforming structure on a conforming lot as defined in Sharon Zoning Bylaw Sec.2431.  Property is located 8 Meadow Rd. and is situated in the Single Resident A Zoning District.

Board of Health letter dated 6/8/06 read.  Stated he has not received information regarding the septic system.  Information will be forth coming.

 

Conservation Commission letter read.  Stating No objection. 

 

Applicant describes plans to add an attached 2 car garage with a family room above the garage. 

 

Applicant seeks 6 ft. of relief on the set backs.

 

The Board requested that the Applicant redesign the plans so that he does not require extensive relief from the Board.
